By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ServiceLedger is a field service management platform for small trade businesses. We provide tools for job management, invoicing, customer communication, and business operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • One account per business

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ServiceLedger to:

  • Send unsolicited marketing messages
  • Harass or threaten customers
  • Violate any applicable law
  • Attempt to access another organization’s account or data
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly
  • 30-day free trial for new accounts
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Stripe processes all payments

7. Data and Privacy

Customer data you enter belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect data.

8. Limitation of Liability

ServiceLedger is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or business losses resulting from platform downtime or errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. A data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
